We shouted loud and proud when our latest volunteers Louise Crockart and Amanda Porter headed to Mysore in South India to teach a 'Well Woman' group of workshops at Odanadi India - a charity that works tirelessly to address all forms of sexual violence, that we have been proud to support since 2012. Mandi and Lou's time at Odanadi was highly successful and we are so thrilled to report that the self-care techniques they taught the girls and women continue to be practised on a regular basis by all those who came along to their workshops. Last year, in celebration of 10 years of Adventure Ashram, we teamed up with the amazing Alex Pirie and his adventure company Nomadic Knights to ride through South India visiting many of the programmes we’ve been privileged to support over the last decade - a trip we called Back To The Future! Everyone loved it so much that we decided that Back To The Future had to happen again! Once more, we are thrilled to team up with Nomadic Knights to ride in the Himalayas on Back To The Future II. You will not want to miss out on this ride through these awe-inspiring mountains, plus you will also be raising funds for our small but mighty charity! Stories From The Field: An Update On Adventure Ashram's Big Bus Appeal!

We are so happy to update you on Adventure Ashram’s Big Bus Appeal. We raised £15,000 to buy a brand new school bus and cover many of the associated running costs that will take the amazing children from our Education Sponsorship Programme to and from school every day! We are overjoyed and so appreciative of your help and support! Our charity partner, in South India, Solomon Daniel, who manages the Education Sponsorship Programme, on the ground, had the opportunity to visit the Ashok Leyland showroom to see the brand new bus for the first time! History in the Making - Another First for Adventure Ashram

We are so excited to announce that our small but mighty charity, has received a coveted charity place for one lucky Adventurer to participate in the LONDON MARATHON on Sunday, 28th April 2019. We are looking to you, our wonderful supporters, to register your interest in running this epic race and helping us raise funds so we can continue supporting our charity partners in India. We will pick one lucky winner out of all the entrants by the end of October, which leaves you 6 months to train and dazzle us all!
