Starting next week is Adventure Ashram’s new CEO, Siobhan McCarthy-Morton!

Siobhan joins Adventure Ashram after six years as Head of Operations at the children’s charity ECHO, which supports children with heart conditions and their families. Siobhan is also a trustee at Women’s Aid in Luton, which provides emergency refuge for women and children escaping domestic abuse.

Siobhan shares Adventure Ashram’s passion for the intrepid! With her travel highlights including hiking around the sky burial sites of western China, teaching English in the Cambodian countryside and taking in the beauty that is Scotland. Siobhan describes that what drew her to our adventurers’ charity is “that it seeks to channel the spirit of adventure to help others access freedom. Everyone deserves the chance to enjoy their own adventure, whatever that may be.”
